Occupation: Leader of the WRO, but go between ShinRa and AVALANCHE.
Affiliation: Tends to side with AVALANCHE, but affiates himself with both ShinRa and the eco-terrorist organization.

Personality: Reeve tends to have a strictly business personality when it comes to dealing with ShinRa and AVALANCHE. When he's on the clock (which seems to be a good 22 hours of his day) he is straight forward and gets to the point. He doesn't beat around the bush and will become aggrivated with those that do. He will be friendly, of course to those he has had friendships in the past with. He is also willing to go an extra mile for friends to put out a helping hand. He still gets aggrivated when people don't seem to listen to him. He wont argue continuously though. He tends to allow people to fall on their face if they have it coming to them.

Strengths: He is an excellent business man and has a good poker-face when it comes to making compromises in a deal. He has a kind heart and while he is not a strong fighter he is handy to have for back up/support. He is also incredibly smart, always tinkering with Cait Sith.

Weaknesses: Tends to let his heart lead him a little more than his head at times when it comes to friends. He also can be hard to read which causes distrust from some people. He is not a strong fighter.

Likes: Working with Cait Sith and other various projects, spending time with close companions, sweet foods, a good book, a vacation (when he can ever get one), night time walks around the city.

Dislikes: Stubbornness, people who waste anything, long work hours, nosy people, pointless fighting.

History: After the events of the Calamity from the Skies, Reeve took it upon himself to start to get the inner workings of the city back in place. He had seen too much suffering and wanted to build up the city's morale and make a better future for the children and adults who had been left behind. Through his progress he has started to found the WRO (World Restoration Organization) in order to start picking up the peices and give back to the earth. He feels guilty for his assistance in creating the Mako Reactors which were a large factor in what almost destroyed the world. He is always trying to help both ShinRa and AVALANCHE in the struggle to make a better future.
